As we approach the equinox, let’s take a moment to think about what that means. This is the time when there is balance between day and night, darkness and light.
Finding balance in life is beneficial to your overall well-being. But it’s not always easy to find. We have many responsibilities to juggle. There are different people and perspectives that we interact with. Sometimes, so much information comes at you that you feel unbalanced. Overwhelmed.
How can you regain balance in your own life? In yourself? What sort of balance do you seek? Is it balance between work and play? Between self-care and taking care of others? Between temperance and indulgence? Is it a healthy balance between the divine feminine and divine masculine sides of you?
Let’s take a few moments to seek our inner balance.

Hello, my friends! It’s been a long time since I’ve posted here. Interestingly, downloads of my meditations have been far higher this month (June 2022) than in over a year. So it would appear that, these days, more people are feeling in need of meditation and relaxation. Today, I woke up with a clear directive to record a new meditation for you.

But sometimes we take on other people’s emotions a little too much. We end up taking on their baggage as if it’s our own.
