Messy Meditation: It’s wonderful to set up a calm, relaxing environment in which to meditate. But life isn’t always calm and relaxing. Life can be messy. Let’s explore how to meditate in less-than-ideal conditions.

balance: Finding balance in life, and within yourself, is beneficial to your overall well-being. Let’s take a few moments to regain a sense of balance.

Releasing Worry: We all worry from time to time. Let’s take a few minutes to release the fears and worries that plague us.

Standing in Truth and Love: This quick, powerful exercise will help you stand in your truth, guided by love.
