Standing in Truth and Love

My newest guided meditation is now available. This quick, powerful exercise will help you stand in your truth, guided by love. This brings you to a place of empowerment combined with compassion.

As part of this process, you engage four points of contact: Mother Gaia, the Creator, your Highest Self, and your Family of Light. As I connect with each of these four nodes, I envision the pattern as a cross, or a sword. Connecting with this cosmic team can help strengthen your feelings of empowerment and compassion, as well as helping you feel protected and guided.

My Declaration of Independence

I stand in my power as a sovereign human soul and a child of New Earth,

And choose a life of love, bliss, serenity, compassion, joy, and peace.

I choose light over darkness.

I choose love over fear.

I choose truth over deception.

I choose freedom over manipulation.

I choose the path of service to others, while also cherishing myself.

And so it is.

Refresh Your Home

I wrote this meditation last fall. At the time, it felt like a good one for spring, so I held it back rather than putting it out there right away. I had no idea that we’d be so in need of refreshing our homes right now. Funny how things fall into place.
