After taking a year off to focus on volunteer work, I’m resuming my one-on-one Distant Energy Healing Sessions. This gives you a chance to receive a personalized glimpse into your energy flow, helping you target any areas of “stuck” energy so you can start to release them. I’m so happy to share that I’ve been accepted into the Distant Healing Network as a Volunteer Healer. This worldwide organization has been around since 1996. Their mission is to help heal the world – one person at a time. I love the way they describe “payment” for these services:
“This service is free and without obligation. We would appreciate a note by email after a healing is received. You might like to send your blessings our way, too – or maybe plant a tree, visit a nursing home, or take your granny some cookies – just do a random act of kindness. That will be your payment in full.”

One thing I’ve learned as a human on this planet: life is all about change. Moving with the flow, rather than fighting it, can enhance the ease and joy of your life experiences.
In the spirit of embracing change, I’ve decided to shift the way I deliver Reiki Training services. I’m eliminating the class schedule that was previously published, and will instead move to one-on-one training sessions. You’ll no longer have to wait for a class, but can book a Reiki Training session whenever you feel called to do so.
I’m still available for small group Reiki Training sessions. If you have a group of friends, family members, or co-workers who’d like to train together, let me know using my contact form. We’ll find a time that works for everyone.

A few folks have asked me why I picked the name Calluna Wellness. It’s pretty simple, really: Calluna is the scientific name for the heather plant, and my name is Heather! But beyond that, I love what the flower represents. According to ftd.com, “The heather flower’s meaning comes from its genus name, Calluna, which stems from the Greek word kalluno, and means to cleanse or adorn.” This fits beautifully with my mission. By helping you connect with your innate healing abilities, my goal is to facilitate the release of old energetic patterns while guiding you to sync up with the beautiful flow of natural energy. In other words, I want to help you “cleanse and adorn” your energy body!

Meditation and energy healing have led to a wonderful shift in my life! By learning to tune in to my energy body, I’ve been able to start releasing the old beliefs and patterns that held me back.
