I believe that there is a light inside every human. But sometimes, the darkness overtakes the light… and they lose their way.
Right now, in this moment, all humans are united in thinking about the same thing – the virus. We’re more consciously connected than ever before in human history. Now is the time to take that connected consciousness and turn it from fear to love. When we do that, the old divisions will crumble and we will step more fully into the new earth.
Ultimately, the darkness is no match for the light. So keep shining your lights, my friends. Keep pumping kindness and compassion into the world. Keep replacing fear with love. Do this not from a place of self-sacrifice, but from a place of heart-centered empowerment. In the end, goodness will prevail.
I’m participating in a Free Virtual Meditation series organized by Soleil Wellness. The series runs April 16th through May 7th, Thursdays at 8pm Eastern. On April 23rd, I’ll be leading a Quantum Field Healing meditation. If interested, contact me for the Zoom link.
After taking a year off to focus on volunteer work, I’m resuming my one-on-one Distant Energy Healing Sessions. This gives you a chance to receive a personalized glimpse into your energy flow, helping you target any areas of “stuck” energy so you can start to release them. My clients find that this helps them let go of old issues, giving a boost to their emotional and physical wellness. You can find more information here.
If you’re moving along a spiritual path, you’ve likely wondered, “What’s my mission?” I was kind of obsessed with this question. Like, for years. I wanted all the details. What is it? What will it look like? Where will it take me? Who will be there? I had so many questions… and got increasingly frustrated as time passed without receiving any answers.
But I’ve come to realize that my mission isn’t about doing, but about being. I let go of the questions, and instead opened up to the feel of my mission. And it came to me that compassion and joy are my mission. And this doesn’t necessarily mean doing any particular activity – though acts of joy and compassion are wonderful – it’s really about being joyful and compassionate in each moment.
This isn’t easy. I’m human. I have fears and judgments. I make mistakes. But each new moment is a reset – I have the opportunity to realign with the essence of compassion and joy over and over again, all day, every day. This starts with positive, loving feelings toward myself and my body, and spreads from there.
So instead of asking what your mission is, try calming your mind and opening to the feel of your mission. The answer may be simpler than you think.
The veil is thin this time of year. My latest meditation, Spirit Team Meeting, helps you reach out to your spiritual support team in order to open to their guidance and give them thanks. Your “spirit team” is unique to you, and can include angels, archangels, ascended masters, spirit guides, loved ones in spirit – even such creatures as fairies and dragons! It’s all about what works for you.
You can find this guided meditation here or on iTunes. Have a beautiful autumn!
Make yourself comfortable, releasing any tension from your forehead, neck, shoulders, stomach. Take a few deep breaths. If a thought rises up, just let it float away.
Focus on your breath… In… Out…
Can you feel it? Can you feel the old timelines melting away? None of what we’ve been through in the past (or past lives) matters anymore. It happened, we learned from it, and it is melting away. Let it go.
Can you see/feel/sense the columns of light rising up from the melting timelines? One represents Freedom (from expectations and programming). Another is Joy (follow its guidance – do what makes your heart soar). Another is Love (unconditional, of self and others and nature and all that is).
My new meditation will help you get your energy ready for summer!
This quick energy cleanse will help you release negative energy from your field – along with anything else that doesn’t belong there. You can find it here or on iTunes.
For kids, parents, caregivers, teachers, administrators, and support staff, this process preps your field for a fun, relaxing summer by releasing that which has clung to you during the school year.
For everyone, this meditation can be done whenever you feel bogged down by negative energies or emotions. Once you get comfortable with the process, you can really use it anywhere, any time you need a quick boost!
Do you ever come across someone whose energy just feels icky? You find them off-putting and just don’t want to be around them? You can’t put your finger on why they create this reaction in you, but you feel it nevertheless? I’ve come to realize the reason behind this phenomenon is quite simple: their outside doesn’t match up with their inside. To put it more metaphysically, they are not living their truth. The true self is in there, buried deep, but the layers of wounding and programming and societal expectations are so thick, the soul’s inner light has been obscured.
What they show the world, instead, is a facade – a carefully constructed, diligently maintained facade… of which this person is completely unaware.
You don’t have to subject yourself to this type of energetic ickiness. When you get this reading from someone’s energy, it’s okay to remove yourself from them. Send them unconditional love, cut the cords to them if necessary for your well-being, and focus on your own journey. You can’t be the beacon of light you came here to be if you allow yourself to be dimmed.
This post isn’t nearly as negative as its title implies. In fact, it has a positive message. But the title fits. You’ll see why…
While in a meditative state, I stood with my Higher Self on a wooden platform at the edge of a swamp. An old man with sparkling eyes stood near us. My Self and I each held a tiny memory chip in our hand. One chip was “the idea that being constantly busy proves your worth.” The other: “the idea that worrying about someone proves you love them.”
The old man told us to toss both “idea chips” into the swampy water. So we did.
They hit the water and broke up into bubbles, each bubble bursting with a tiny spark of light.
I asked the old man where we were. He said, “This is where ideas go to die. It’s not as dramatic as it sounds. It’s where we release them when they’ve outlived their usefulness.”
I invite you to take a moment to examine your ideas, your beliefs. Are there any you feel you’ve outgrown? Are you ready to release them?
