Violet Flame Meditation

My new meditation, the Violet Flame, calls in the help of Ascended Master Saint Germain. Ascended Masters are people who once walked the earth as humans, but have ascended to become Beings of Light. They are available to guide us along our spiritual journey, should we ask for their help with love and gratitude.

Cord Cutting Process

My latest guided meditation, Cord Cutting Process, is now available. It’s important to remember that cutting unhealthy cords to a person, place, or situation doesn’t necessarily mean that you cut all connection to them. This process helps to eliminate the flow of negative energy between you. It is always your choice as to whether to continue the connection in some form.

For this particular process, we call in the help of Archangel Michael, Ascended Master Saint Germain, and the Norse Goddess Freya. With the help of these light beings, this can be a very powerful cord cutting process. Even so, it may be necessary to repeat the process multiple times until the energy is completely cleared.
