Heart Chakra Meditation

The heart chakra is the bridge between the higher and lower chakras, between heavenly and earthly aspects of ourselves. This meditation can help you release anything that weighs your heart down, while opening to the flow of unconditional love.

Love Your Fear Away

My new meditation incorporates a gentle process for releasing any fear, concern, or unease that holds you back.

This is an excellent way to do shadow work, something I’ve been doing quite a lot of these past few months.

Jesus Is My City

At this special time of year, I find my thoughts turning to Ascended Master Jesus. He came here to lead humanity into a new era. Interpretations of this have varied greatly, but most recognize His message of unconditional love.

So what does this have to do with a city? In a Biblical sense, a “city” refers to the inside of a human, where truth and love comingle. The “city wall” is the faith protecting one’s innermost feelings. Another name for this energetic and emotional boundary is the aura, or the energy field generated by a living creature.

What happens, then, when you hold your aura tightly to you, protecting your feelings almost fiercely? In the act of holding on so tight, we in effect close our heart chakra off. In protecting it, we actually prevent ourselves from giving and receiving love.

During meditations, I’ve been sensing the loving, comforting presence of Ascended Master Jesus. So I asked Him for a message to help me on my path. I heard this lyric:

Let my love open the door to your heart.

Simple advice, yet very powerful. And very timely. In the midst of your shopping and wrapping and cooking and cleaning, not to mention the seemingly endless work, school, and family events that fill this time of year, remember one little thing: let Jesus into your heart.

Let Him fill your city, your inner world. Let His unconditional love open your heart to all the wonders of this beautiful season.
