My Declaration of Independence

I stand in my power as a sovereign human soul and a child of New Earth,

Calling All Starseeds and Light Warriors

To my fellow Starseeds and Light Warriors: December 12 – 21 is key. If you feel called to set an intention during this time, it may well be one of the most important things you’ve ever done. The following is suggested wording for setting an intention at this time. You can say it out loud, or silently, or write it down. And you can change the wording to anything that feels right to you. The intent is what matters most.

“I (name) declare and decree that I choose positive polarization. I choose the path of service to others. I choose to align with the new earth timeline. I make this choice of my own free will as a sovereign being. And so it is.”

Get Grounded

Something different

I have a keen interest in numerology, and have done charts for family and friends over the years. With the election coming soon here in the US, I decided to do President Trump’s numerology chart. It was interesting, to say the least!

Movement Meditation

My new meditation enhances your body’s energy flow by way of physical movement. This can help you start to break uncomfortable patterns of stuck energy – whether these patterns are physical, emotional, or mental. It’s nice to do this meditation while walking outside, but this isn’t necessary. You can walk on a treadmill or elliptical, or simply walk around inside your home. You can even march in place, if you prefer. And if walking isn’t an option, sit comfortably and tap your feet on the floor during this meditation. There are plenty of options. Do whatever type of movement works for you. Have fun with it!
