Releasing Worry

We all worry from time to time. Some of us worry a lot of the time. My new meditation can help you begin to release the fears and worries that plague you. This short meditation isn’t intended to be a quick and easy fix, but it can assist you in starting the process. As you work on releasing your worries and fears, you make room for solutions, for proactive steps and positive ideas.
