New Meditation: Letting Go

You know how you can “read a room”? You walk in and get a feel for the emotional atmosphere of the space. Reading each other’s emotions is an important part of being human. But sometimes we take on other people’s emotions a little too much. We end up taking on their baggage as if it’s our own. My new meditation can help you clear your emotion-sensors so you can let go of other people’s stuff.

Heart Chakra Meditation

The heart chakra is the bridge between the higher and lower chakras, between heavenly and earthly aspects of ourselves. This meditation can help you release anything that weighs your heart down, while opening to the flow of unconditional love.

Get Grounded

In last month’s meditation, we explored the Astral Plane. In this new meditation, we will ground our energy to reconnect with the loving, healing support of our Mother Earth.

Movement Meditation

My new meditation enhances your body’s energy flow by way of physical movement. This can help you start to break uncomfortable patterns of stuck energy – whether these patterns are physical, emotional, or mental. It’s nice to do this meditation while walking outside, but this isn’t necessary. You can walk on a treadmill or elliptical, or simply walk around inside your home. You can even march in place, if you prefer. And if walking isn’t an option, sit comfortably and tap your feet on the floor during this meditation. There are plenty of options. Do whatever type of movement works for you. Have fun with it!

Love Your Fear Away

My new meditation incorporates a gentle process for releasing any fear, concern, or unease that holds you back.

This is an excellent way to do shadow work, something I’ve been doing quite a lot of these past few months.

DIG it!

I have something for you to try, if you’d like.

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a few slow, deep breaths.

Let your human concerns slide away. This isn’t always easy, but well worth the effort.

Know that you are safe within your own energetic frequency.

Now open to your Divine Inner Guidance. Allow it to take you wherever it will. Don’t rush it. Let it unfold naturally.

Once your experience feels complete, slowly bring yourself back to your physical body.
