I have something for you to try, if you’d like.
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a few slow, deep breaths.
Let your human concerns slide away. This isn’t always easy, but well worth the effort.
Know that you are safe within your own energetic frequency.
Now open to your Divine Inner Guidance. Allow it to take you wherever it will. Don’t rush it. Let it unfold naturally.
Once your experience feels complete, slowly bring yourself back to your physical body.
Last month, downloads of my guided meditations reached an all-time high. I’m so grateful that I can provide a tiny bit of help at this time. Here are May’s most-downloaded meditations… maybe you’ll find them helpful, too.
Manifestation Meditation: tap in to your innate manifestation abilities.
Violet Flame Meditation: a simple, powerful way to release that which holds you back.
Forgive Yourself: release the past to set yourself free.
Quick Energy Cleanse: helps release negative energy from your field – along with anything else that doesn’t belong there.
Meet Your Higher Self: connect face-to-face with your own higher self, the part of you that is eternal and gives guidance and insight.
After taking a year off to focus on volunteer work, I’m resuming my one-on-one Distant Energy Healing Sessions. This gives you a chance to receive a personalized glimpse into your energy flow, helping you target any areas of “stuck” energy so you can start to release them. My clients find that this helps them let go of old issues, giving a boost to their emotional and physical wellness. You can find more information here.
I wrote this meditation last fall. At the time, it felt like a good one for spring, so I held it back rather than putting it out there right away. I had no idea that we’d be so in need of refreshing our homes right now. Funny how things fall into place.
There’s no denying that COVID-19 is something to take seriously. But instead of letting it divide us, making us fight over toilet paper, let’s allow it to bring us together. Okay, maybe not physically together, depending on the social distancing guidelines in your area. But we can let this situation be a common ground on which we humans relate to each other with respect and compassion.
Instead of being controlled by fear and anxiety, let kindness lead the way. Be smart and stay safe, but remember to be kind.
