My new meditation helps you to gently forgive yourself, releasing the past to gain freedom.

This meditation borrows from the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono, a forgiveness ceremony. You can find this process here or on iTunes.
Our lives are full of emotions and experiences, some good and others not so good. We tend to focus on the not-so-good. We dredge up pain from the past, we fret over the future. But there’s SO MUCH GOOD in life. What if we spent more time focusing on that?
Try this. Find a place to sit quietly, close your eyes, and focus on one good thing in your life. Just one. It doesn’t have to be big; sometimes the little things are the sweetest. Really feel the goodness of that one thing. Let that good feeling sink into your bones. Let it swirl through your body. Feel it lift you up. Now, don’t you feel better?
It only takes a few minutes, but focusing on the good, giving it room to grow, can turn your day around. It might even turn your life around.

Want to give meditation a try, but not sure where to start? Here’s an updated list of my most downloaded meditations:

What is a soul? There are so many definitions and theories and specifics, it can be overwhelming! It’s a huge topic, and worthy of all the attention and rumination is has received over the course of time.
But I think it’s really quite simple. Your soul is your eternal self. It’s the part of you that existed before this body was born. It’s the part of you that will continue to exist after this body dies.
Your eternal self isn’t bound by linear time, so it isn’t limited to just this one physical body that you’re using to read these words. It experiences life in many physical forms, in many different time periods, concurrently.
But even though your soul is eternal, that doesn’t make it better than this physical body that you’re now inhabiting. “Better” is a judgment, and souls don’t judge. Treat your physical body with the love, respect, and kindness with which you’d treat a precious loved one. Your physical self and your eternal self are on this crazy life journey together. Enjoy the ride!
My new meditation is now available, and it’s perfect for those of us whose sacral chakra could use some help!

The sacral chakra is located just below your navel. It’s the center of creativity, sensuality, and birth or rebirth. Orange is the color typically associated with this chakra. Its element is water. Having a healthy sacral chakra promotes a sense of balance and flexibility in life. If this chakra is clogged with old patterns or issues that have become stuck in place, this can manifest as abdominal or low back problems. Clearing this chakra can help your physical and emotional well-being.
Sacral Chakra Cleanse can be found here or on iTunes. The background music to this meditation was specifically created to enhance the wellness of the sacral chakra. Enjoy!
It’s back to school time, so let’s go to Space College!

My son came up with the phrase “space college” to describe the concept of learning from the universe through meditation. I like the term, so I’m borrowing it from him. This guided meditation will help you connect with the educational resources of the universe in order to aid your intuitive development. You can find it here or on iTunes. Enjoy!
Well, I’ve been afraid of changing
‘Cause I’ve built my life around you
But time makes you bolder
Even children get older
And I’m getting older, too
~ Stevie Nicks

You don’t have to be what others want/need you to be. It’s okay to release the fear of letting them down.
It’s okay to not feel okay. Discomfort points the way toward growth. It highlights issues that are ready to be addressed and released.
It’s good to know your limits and to express them with honesty and kindness.
You don’t have to maintain a constant state of busy-ness. Rest is important, too. Find the balance that works for you.
You don’t have to conform to society’s standards of youthful beauty. Allow your outside to reflect your inner beauty in whatever way feels right to you.
Eat what makes you happy. The “perfect” diet won’t make you a perfect human.
It’s okay to be imperfect. We’re here to make mistakes and learn from them.
We’re all connected. If we each give ourselves the freedom to be who we truly are, we really can change the world.
Now that Calluna Wellness is a year old, I thought it would be interesting to look at my most downloaded guided meditations. Here we go!

I’ve been getting so many signs of rebirth, renewal, releasing the old to make way for the new. While working in my garden (and taking the above picture), I actually stepped on a snakeskin. If that isn’t the Universe smacking me over the head with a sign of rebirth, I don’t know what is!
One thing that’s helped me with the process of releasing the old: Past Life Regression. By recognizing patterns across past (and parallel) lives, I’ve been able to start letting go of some of my outdated thought/behavior/belief patterns. With the summer solstice soon upon us, this is a wonderful time to explore and release the patterns which no longer support your journey. So I’ve decided to re-share my Past Life Exploration meditation:
You can also find this meditation on iTunes. Have a wonderful summer solstice!
